The guest house has fans for summer and heaters and a fireplace for winter - we do recommend you bring warm clothes as it does get very cold in winter.

On the outskirts of Graaff-Reinet you can visit Camdeboo National Park and the famous Valley of Desolation or travel further to Nieu Bethesda, well known for the Owl House which has a spectacular view of Compassberg.
